Mad Cow Martha 3: Escape from Hospital - Mad Cow Martha has broken her leg. She was trying to jump on a trampoline. Once she missed it and now MC Martha has to stay in hospital. She is bored and wants to get back to her friends. It is on you to help poor MC Martha to get out of hospital.

The player can not control MC Martha directly. He is only able to control parts of the surrounding and remove obstacles like wheel chairs and hospital beds. In each of the 21 levels it is getting harder and harder to stay away from the nurce who is chasing MC Martha in her escape.
