Total Overdose

The game plot reminds several recent Hollywood comedies at once. The U.S. Drug Enforcement gets Ramiro Cruz out of prison, and tells him two pieces of news. The first is that his twin brother, who used to work undercover in Mexico, lost his hand after the "accident" with a grenade . Second, that Ramiro will take his brother's place and continue subversive activities in the rear of the evil drug lord Papa Muerte, and at the same time find and punish the murderer of his father.
